We call our business tools NUTCRACKERS®. A NUTCRACKERS® is our web based tool for addressing common, often problematic tasks that so often don't get done well enough because they demand a disproportionate amount of time and cost, or alternatively, they’re just too difficult!

Instead of building bloated software to crack each nut, we have taken a common sense intuitive approach to each problem area based on many years experience of seeing so many things turned into a science unnecessarily.

You probably recognize that the best quality products are those that are well designed. They invariably look and feel simple. But the secret is in the design. We want our NUTCRACKERS® to appear simple and intuitive. We design them that way and to get the most value from the process without burdening the user.

Our NUTCRACKERS® are in continual development, being improved and extended at no extra cost. You will always be using the latest version.

For example the Income and Expenses TRACKER is now in version 2. The Tracker, although it does other things too, is primarily designed for staff to submit their expenses on-line. In version 2 we introduced enhanced approval groups and levels such that expenses claims automatically flow through the appropriate approval groups before reaching the cashier. We also included the ability to upload associated documents making the whole process much more efficient and quicker while at the same time enhancing internal controls.
